The Bishop Frank O. White Digital Literacy Center’s mission is to empower individuals from underrepresented groups to thrive socially, educationally, and economically in our technology-driven society and global economy.

Bishop Frank O. White Digital Literacy program participants will:

• Better understand digital literacy

• Understand how their use of digital platforms impact their digital footprints.

• Better understand how to select appropriate digital devices, formats, and features

• Be able to use acceptable digital devices, formats, and features to meet user needs.

• Better understand how to utilize digital resources to enhance individual learning needs.
