Course Description

This course is a beginner’s look into the basic functionality of Excel that can be used to help make sense of data that is all around us in today’s world. You will gain a solid foundation that will allow the student to go further with advanced Excel techniques. We will look at understanding the Excel interface and document structure, entering and working with data in Excel worksheets, working with formulas and Excel’s most common functions including VLOOKUP, formatting of data to make it more presentable, along with creating basic charts and graphs.
