Course Description

This course teaches kids cybersecurity concepts and practices through the use of visual, hands-on lab exercises using a unique, programmable robot called the Sphero Bolt. The Bolt robot will assist in demonstrating various topics such as: computing ethics, hacking, cyberbullying, phishing, and encryption. The course will allow students to have fun while having discussion, solve problems, and think of innovative solutions to combat cyber challenges and possibly get them interested in future careers in the high demand cybersecurity industry. Students will also be able to hear from cybersecurity industry experts to help inspire our Young Innovators, the next generation of cyber stars.
